WHAT IS A DENTAL EMERGENCY?
In dentistry, an emergency that requires immediate treatment includes:

  • oral-facial trauma

  • cellulitis or other significant infection, especially if compromising the patients airway

  • prolonged bleeding

  • pain that cannot be managed by over the counter medications

*if your symptoms persist or worsen while waiting on a response please head to the nearest emergency department*
